# Terms of Service

**Effective October 19, 2026**

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern https://casaweave.shop, its shopping tools, and purchases from casaweave (collectively, the "Services"). RAECHEL ASHLAND LLC operates casaweave and is referred to as "we," "us," or "our." By accessing the Services or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the Store policies incorporated by reference.

## 1. Legal Capacity and Accounts

You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. A person below the relevant age of majority may use the Services only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Account, billing, and delivery information must be accurate and current. If customer accounts are offered, keep credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized activity promptly. You are not responsible for account activity caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

## 2. Appropriate Use

Use the Services only for lawful personal shopping and other purposes we authorize. You must not:

- submit fraudulent details, impersonate another person, or use payment information without permission;
- violate law or infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- upload malicious code, interfere with operation, bypass controls, or test security without approval;
- collect Store information through unauthorized scraping or automated methods;
- transmit abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unlawful content; or
- reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Store materials without written consent.

We may restrict activity reasonably believed to involve fraud, illegality, serious abuse, or security risk. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

## 3. Product Information and Stock

We take reasonable care with product images, colors, measurements, specifications, descriptions, prices, and availability. Screen settings can change appearance, and ordinary manufacturing variation may occur. Remedies remain available for goods that are faulty, materially misdescribed, or not fit for a legally protected purpose.

Stock can change before acceptance. Adding merchandise to a cart does not reserve it. We may apply reasonable quantity limits by customer, account, household, address, payment method, or order to allocate inventory and prevent fraud or unauthorized resale.

## 4. Prices, Taxes, Shipping Fees, and Payment

The checkout shows the currency, price, shipping fee, and order total before payment. A later price change does not affect an accepted order. Section 12 addresses obvious errors.

For an accepted delivery destination, the total is intended to include applicable taxes and import duties. casaweave does not require a separate tax, customs-duty, or import-fee payment on delivery. Standard shipping is free when the discounted order subtotal is more than US$30. For US$30 or less, the shipping charge is shown at checkout. Optional premium delivery is separately described and priced.

You confirm authorization to use the selected payment method and permit us and the provider to process the transaction. The provider's own terms may also apply.

## 5. Formation of an Order

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise clearly communicate acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination, a legal restriction, or an obvious listing mistake. Any captured payment will be refunded to the original method.

Review the products and address before checkout. Email jatalis_bergo@outlook.com immediately to request a correction. We will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment begins.

## 6. Fulfillment and Delivery

The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Orders generally require 2-3 business days for processing. After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 20-45 calendar days. Customs, weather, carrier capacity, public holidays, remote service, and events outside reasonable control can affect delivery.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, risk for a consumer order transfers when delivery is made to the customer or a person designated by the customer. Ownership passes after full payment and delivery.

## 7. Returns and Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated here. Eligible products may be returned free when the request is made within 30 days after delivery. After an approved refund is issued to the original method, it normally reaches the account within 3-7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

The separate policy explains return condition, exclusions, prepaid labels, exchanges, and remedies for defective or incorrect merchandise. Nothing here waives a cancellation, conformity, or refund right that cannot legally be excluded.

## 8. Promotions and Discounts

A promotion may include additional conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, a code cannot be combined, has no cash value, and expires as disclosed. We may correct an offer created or applied in error but will not unfairly alter it after the related order is accepted.

## 9. Customer Content

You retain ownership of a review, photograph, feedback, or other submission. You grant RAECHEL ASHLAND LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce, publish, display, and use the content to operate and promote casaweave. The license ends when content is removed from active systems, except for lawful backups and previously distributed material that cannot reasonably be recalled.

You confirm that you have the right to provide the content and that it is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and does not expose private information or abuse another person. We may moderate or remove content that fails these standards.

## 10. Intellectual Property

Original Store copy, design, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to RAECHEL ASHLAND LLC and protected by law. Visitors receive a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable permission to access them for shopping. No ownership right transfers.

Third-party product names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

## 11. Shopify, Providers, and External Links

Shopify provides the commerce platform. Other companies may support payments, applications, analytics, fulfillment, or delivery. Direct use of their services can be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. We do not control independent websites linked from the Store, although this does not exclude responsibility assigned to us for a provider acting on our behalf.

## 12. Errors and Corrections

Store information may occasionally contain a typographical error, omission, incorrect price, inaccurate description, or outdated stock status. We may update and correct information. If a material correction affects a submitted order, we will explain it and allow acceptance of the corrected terms or cancellation for a full refund. A minor error will not be used to avoid an otherwise valid accepted order.

## 13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. It describes collection, use, disclosure, retention, cookies, choices, and privacy-rights procedures.

## 14. Store and Product Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, website access is provided on an "as available" basis without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. Products remain covered by their descriptions, express warranties, and all implied warranties or consumer guarantees required by law.

Nothing in these Terms waives a protection or remedy that cannot legally be waived. Limitations apply only where enforceable.

## 15. Liability

To the maximum lawful extent, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract formed. For a contractual product claim, our aggregate liability will otherwise not exceed the amount paid for the affected product unless a greater remedy is required by law.

We do not limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of mandatory consumer rights, or another liability that cannot legally be limited.

## 16. Loss From Prohibited Conduct

Where permitted, a user must reimburse reasonable direct loss caused by unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not cover loss caused by us and does not reduce consumer protections.

## 17. Suspension and Ending Access

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary because of serious breach, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Clauses intended to continue, including payment, ownership, liability, and dispute provisions, remain effective.

## 18. Governing Law and Concerns

Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms, without applying conflict-of-law principles. A consumer retains mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer's usual residence.

Before formal proceedings, email jatalis_bergo@outlook.com with the order number and a clear description of the concern. We will attempt a good-faith informal resolution. Either party remains free to use a court, regulator, or consumer process available under applicable law.

## 19. General Terms

These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement relating to the Services and Store purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary, and the remainder remains effective. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it in a legitimate financing, restructuring, or sale if customer rights are preserved.

## 20. Changes

We may revise these Terms for operational, service, or legal developments. Revisions apply prospectively after posting unless law requires otherwise. The version effective when an order is accepted continues to govern that purchase.
